AIRPORT PICKUP
I will pick you up at the airport at the time and terminal you indicate. I will be there to welcome you and take you comfortably and safely to your accommodation.
DAILY LIFE / CITY ORIENTATION
During your first week in Barcelona, you will have a personal meeting with our team. I will provide you with a practical guide and recommend activities, places of interest, bars, restaurants, and leisure options to help you adapt quickly to city life.
ACCOMODATION SEARCH
I take care of finding suitable accommodation before your arrival, so you have a place to live from day one. The monthly rent, deposit, and any additional costs are your responsibility. These amounts must be paid in advance in order to secure the accommodation.
STUDIES & CAREER GUIDANCE
Once in Barcelona, I offer hands-on support for your first academic or professional steps. I help with course enrollment, campus navigation, and key procedures. For work-focused students, I assist in adapting your CV, setting up local profiles, and finding job or internship opportunities. It’s personalized, practical guidance for everything that becomes relevant once you're here.
SIM CARD
A local SIM card is included in the package so you can stay connected from day one. The initial cost is covered, but I will need you to provide the required information to process the card and recharge the SIM monthly.
NOTE: During your free consultation I can suggest possible study/career paths and universities details. But universities official sources provide final, up-to-date info.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT CARD
The first public transport card (metro/bus) is included in the package so you can start moving around the city without worries. The cost of monthly renewals will be your responsibility.
BANK ACCOUNT OPENING
